When Feeling Stressed...

I found this while browsing around the internet and it also happens to be one of the things I do to de-stress myself (not too much of course) I actually never thought about it until now and it makes sense in the way..

Of course this is not the only thing I do to make myself less stressful. Reading, going for a walk around the park, and listening to relaxation/spa music are some of the things that helps during my stressful moments. Being stressed doesn't have to consume you or bring you down. Do what makes you happy and anything that relaxes you since stress can definitely be time consuming and the times you've spent on being stressed so often could've been used for something more positive and productive.

Well..Its a nice picture ..but i think the thing to remember is that there are different kinds of stress...having to digest and process foods that ae high in artificial ingredients is also stressful for your bodies digestive system (ie:you) ..So I would like to add that if you are having dessert ...choose the healthy option

I couldn't agree more. Yes, too much dessert can be bad for you (healthy wise), so choosing a healthier option (ie: dark chocolate) can both benefit you physically and mentally.

      Cheers to our health!

This is a very clever and charming quote but at the same time, stress and desserts are a terrible combination, especially if someone is constantly in that state. They sure are a lot more pleasant than taking it out on someone else though. Thank you for sharing this.

Great message. It was fun reading on it.
I think the message goes like this, when you're stressed find a dessert (thing or a way that can make you feel at ease).

    Interesting thought~

When I am stressed, I often find myself searching for chocolate, the other food group. Whoever decided that dark chocolate is healthy should be king of the world
