I'm skinny because too much thinking, less time to sleep and eat.

I actually think so many people are fat because they DON'T ever stop and think enough.

If thinking too much can make someone fat, then I'll be grossly obese by now!!

That's actually pretty interesting. I'm the type of person that always has something on my mind and constantly thinking almost non-stop. But I'm pretty slim..

Hey Hazel Lee, where did that article come from? I think, if thinking too much makes you fat, I must be some kind of genius Now, if I only had enough energy to walk down the street without getting out of breath, I could tell other people!

Like Tryme1, I must be a genius! I obviously have been since I was about 8 or so. Thinking, thinking, thinking and not doing was one of my problems and not knowing how to eat correctly was the other. Luckily I have changed my thinking and started learning how to feed my body and learned to exercise in ways enjoyable to me and have lost a bunch of weight and continue to do so.....I haven't however stopped thinking as much. At least I don't think I have.
