Visualization theories

I am sure, you would have been baffled while you read the title of this post.

I have read a lot about visualization and its benefits, so thought of giving it a try few days back and after regular practice I have started understanding the serenity and passion behind visualization.

This is something that, time and time again, has been proven as necessary to achieve staggering heights of success.

What do you guys think?

    This was an awesome share! I've been doing a lot of visualization recently, too, but not in this manner.

    I read a blog post over on stevepavlina.com not too long ago that mentioned conjuring up the spirit of Jesus Christ, and being able to actually commune with him, by using visualization techniques similar to what you've described. I wouldn't be surprised if you actually did tap into the spiritual realm and communicate with Dr. King during your exercise. I'm going to have to give this a try myself.

      Please do try because visualization brings out that knowledge deep down in our subconscious.
