Did you know that your brain consumes:
25% of the calories you take in
20% of your blood flow
20% of your Oxygen intake

So this small part of our body consumes so much of our energy and practically controls everything we do. When it works right you work right and when it doesn't, you don't. But how often do you think about what's good for your brain and what's not?

    Hey, Thanks for info. It was food for thought. In fact mine is not right tight now. Too much stress over a looong period (several years) I guess. Feel I needed this piece. Thank you.
