Hey all,
I have been doing some simple daily affirmations lately and gotten some good results. I want to turn it up a notch and working on putting together some more to do everyday.

So do you do daily affirmations and if so, what are they? Also, what have you noticed, as far as changes in your life, since you started doing them?

the key is to state affirmations from a place of positivity .. if you say your affirmations and you get an internal response of .. yea right ..

I have process oriented affirmations ..

I am in the process of sifting through and findind interesting ways to tap into my abundance
I am in the process of impproving my state of being and being in a constatnat state of joy and excitement.
I am in the process of finding the food i both enjoy eating and keep my body in an improving and healthy state .
I am in the process becoming more mobile and able to travel around the world staying a few months in a new place while stile being able to tap into my abundance .

there are more but i vizualize them more than put them to words ..

The "I am "statement is your God statement ..though your declaration really does not come until after the but ..

and most outcome based affirmations have a long list of buts after them .. if you want to know you beliefs that need working on.. list out as many buts as you can with each affirmation ..

in my view processes are much easier to adapt to .. reather than getting kicked by buts

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action.

    Here's my positive words:
    I can do it.
    I am smart.
I am sailing on the river of wealth.
Everything is getting better every day.

    'I can do it!'
    'I am the best!'
'No one can bring me down!'

These are only three of my daily affrimations. I have many more but right now I don't remember them all.
I think that having a daily affirmation is a great thing because it motivates you and it makes you stronger every day.

Hey really good post, thank you!

I have a whole page of them from John Assaraf. They are precision affirmations for delivering financial abundance.

I also run a video 'dream book' (I made) every morning. It captures the things I want in my life... I did a a blog post about it. See here if interested:

The one thing I struggle with is visualisation...I just can't either let myself 'dream' or I just fill my days with work... so no time...

      ...darn!

Anyway, I am on the path though, at last!!
