100 ways to motivate yourself. I have played this several times, although the recording is one and a half hour long.

His voice is a little bit boring, but listen what he is saying and understand how to implement some of the topic advices in your life.

I'm sure some of them will bring you tremendous value, if you take action on them.

      It's hard to name the 10 best...

      I can't remember the numbers except number 20:
      Find your inner Einstein is great - use your imagination to something productive instead of worries.

      Here are some of the great advices, I especially remember (not word by word):

      - Find out what makes you happy and then do it.
      - The best ways to activate your brain is to make goal settings and joyfull work. Goals and games are the best things to activate your brain.
      - Use your time on the road to motivate yourself (personally I have not heard this course, but I have taken a beginner spanish course this way)
      - What you look at becomes your life, always look on the bright side.
      - Everytime you're stuck find a funny way to solve it. Laugh can solve everything.
      - Don't try to change other people - Change yourself and watch how it affects other people around you.
      - Get all your fears into the sun and then dismantle them one by one and grow stronger.
      - Push your own buttons - Control your enviroment. If you know what songs make your happy make a greatest hits cd.
      - Develop a vision which force you to take action when thinking about it.
      - Take no for a question not an answer - Let rejection motivate you to get more creative.

    motivation is the key to success. if you do not motivate your self, you can not be successful in life. therefore motivate your self and watch your self being successful.
