I'm listening to this recording on Youtube to help me do it.

    Just bookmarked it - 6 hours is really long! Must watch it in bite-size pieces.

    Psycho Cybernetics was one of the first self help books I read back when I was a student. I think I still have a copy somewhere. Good stuff.
