Anybody use clinical hypnotherapy to program themselves for greater success?

I know a lot of Warriors have used self hypnosis, meditation, and premade hypnotic recordings, but has anyone paid for an actual live session with a hypnotherapist? If so, what results did you get? I am interested to try to see if I can re-program myself for success faster than with the generic MP3s.

i recommend that you replace hypnotherapy and just create and establish a "HABIT" or "HABITS" to do good.

over the course of time the habits will become a part of you due to repetition.

anything that you don't want to do you have to learn to resist it and avoid using that neurological pathway. (which was built through repetition)

there is a lot to do with behavior and how the brain works. once you understand how the brain works and how it is wired you can then understand how good habits are formed and how bad habits can to a degree be removed.

    its quite amazing...

I agree, but what I am wondering is if clinical hypnotherapy can help get to where you want to go quicker then just by establishing new habits through willpower alone.

Hypnotherapists are not so common Many who claim to perform hypnotherapy do not really do it. However you can define or change the meaning of hypnotherapy to get it to work for you

Hypnoisis mp3's never worked for me, but i'm surprised it has worked for others. If only I had the same effects as they did

I don;t believe with this method, no other people can reprogram yourself but you as well. If you really want to succeed you need to keep yourself motivated to achieve your goals and dreams. Paying for that method is a waste of time as well, why nit use the money for other things that you might need for the day..

I know a few people who do this for a living. What really works for me, and one of the very few things that work for me is listening to Richard Bandler. You can learn a lot from this guy, and is not that run of the mill wishy washy stuff that most of us come across on a daily basis.

I listen Paul McKenna Instant Confidence all the time and it has helped. I feel confident of my self and feel like I can't fail. There is a line that he say

"what if you knew you couldn't fail?"
It helps you realize it is all in your head.

Anything is possible as long as we do something to get it.

I have not tried.. I use motivational recordings and videos to boost my productivity. Just work like if you had a boss and not like you're the boss yourself. It's all about how you prioritize your everyday life. Make a time schedule and follow it.. Without one all plans will fade out slowly and the necessary action will not be taken..
