For me, I am frustrated about not having enough time to do all the things I need to get done. I deal with it by partnering up and outsourcing the things that can be delegated asap.

I face the same problem, I run out of time when I am working on it with the compute.

I guess we need to work on time management to solve that problem.

      Thanks for your post.

I suppose it's a combination of those above me. Lack of time because I have so much I want to do, there's just not enough time in a day. This site especially is like a wormhole of useful information but that takes time to really study well. Coupled with the fact that this remains true for *so* many different internet marketing approaches and it's hard to choose and hard to accommodate for.

Plus, trying to start off your internet marketing career with no money at all is really, really difficult lol.

      Like some have already said.

      1. Time, or lack of it.
      2. Focus, i tend to want to try and do everything, and that is not practical.
      3. Energy, having the drive and motivation to try things out even if it may fail-sauce.

One of the bigges problems I see in this business is, people spend too much time thinking about it rather than doing it.

We need to take action and learn along the way. This business will never stay the same. We need to learn as we go.

Thanks for your share in this post.

Noel hit the nail on the head.

It's difficult to stay focused. There is an overwhelming amount of information out there. Often times I have trouble balancing the time between "doing" and learning "what to do".

Making checklists help, but only if you stick to them. This leads back to focus.

I think if you keep trying and you do not give up, you see the results you are looking for at the end.

What frustrates me about Internet Marketing is feeling like I'm getting a lot of advice that doesn't strike me as very ethical, then getting chastised when I question the ethics of what I'm being told to do. Then questioning myself: am I crazy for thinking I can do this without resorting to some of these tactics? Am I doomed to failure while people who take these approaches that I don't agree with leave me in the dust? But then I remember that there are also many ethical internet marketers and I don't have to feel frustrated just because I bought a bad product or listened to one unscrupulous person.

From most people's list of frustrations, it seems focus is the issue for the overwhelming majority, not time. "Too much to learn" isn't a time issue, it's a focus issue. If I can provide some value here, it is to tell you to "focus" on one tactic or one thing at a time. You don't need to know "everything" about everything in Internet Marketing. Want to learn how to drive traffic? Find one technique and master it, and then move on to the next instead of learning PPC, CPA, SEO, etc all at once.

Hope this helps in some way.

75% of people don't even touch the product they were so excited about and purchased until at least 90 days have passed. People not realizing how close they are to achieving their goals and preventing their own inner, unlimited potential because they are scared, lazy, worried etc frustrates me. I try to incorporate success philosophies in everything I do to help that segment finally breakthrough.

The freaking confusion about what I should focus on. I can't choose to stick to ONE thing, as always it seems like a better opportunity/idea presents itself when I'm about to get started. And no, I am not buying numerous WSO's, it's mostly from reading success stories & free information about different "niches" in IM.

My solution will probably be to get into a coaching program. That way I'll have to focus on the thing coached, or else my money (that I paid for the coaching) will go down the drain.

Michael , not only can you laugh about it but you are still in there fighting the fight.I think for me the most frustrating thing apart from the scammers is seeing people quitting when they are so so close to achieving that little piece of success which would then give them the excitement and enthusiasm to keep going and make it work

Time management helps. We all have 24 hours each including Bill Gates. It is the question of how we use our time productively without killing oneself in the process

Lack of time can also be solved by learning how to delegate tasks you can delegate or outsource asap to free you to do the things you need to do to accomplish the things you need to finish.

The amount and variety of information out there from other internet marketers. It could be difficult to choose from who you want to be your mentor or what program or model you want to follow and it could take time doing that. When you are able to know who and have been in the course or mentoring program, that's when you realize that what you chose is wrong... and although many offer money back guarantee, they cannot really give back the time lost. you will just have to charge it to experience...

One of the biggest frustrations is the long feedback loop time. You can't tell if you're on the right track until you've invested loads of time and energy into the project. For me it helps if I know i'm doing a good job as I do it, and there's no real way of working that out until you get the results you're looking for - or not.

What frustrates me the most is that family does not understand the scope of this business. It seems like pie in the sky for them. You really can't explain to your family that hey in one launch you really can make 40 to 50k and sometimes you can continue to make 100k in a month. We've seen people actually is making this obscene amount of money in this very forum. It seems surreal. I know how I feel when I first started out. I 've chased down the wrong road. A mentor I've met last month pointed to me a new direction. To success in this business you must find a mentor and follow his/her direction. If not you will continue to chase almighty dollars to only get to no where. But I truly feel that in order to be a success story in IM you really have to pay your dues -- it seems nobody get rich over night ... if there is it's only an exception and not the rule. So on the look out for a mentor ...

    Information Paralysis!

You have so many things to learn in one forum alone and there are countless more resources on the Internet! Whenever I get away from all that new stuff a lot come flooding in at my emails.

The excess of info and endless possibilities gets me nowhere and unable to focus on the task at hand.

What I do is to give Sundays each week for relaxation and as time for reading some handpicked resources as well as clearing up my emails.

That way, I can learn and be able to allot weekdays for focusing on the work at hand.
