I don't understand why more and more people in this section wake up very old posts by commenting on them again; Sometimes several years old.

Just a thought...

Maybe it's just easier to get some activity on the older threads instead of making new ones? That's what I think.

Yeah, people actually use the search function and go through older threads that still have a lot of value. This is a very high traffic forum compared to a lot of others out there and sometimes I often find my threads moved pages deep just because of the frequency people post around here. That's just been my experience.

it is a common method used by spammers, they are none to bright some of them and they think that by going back into the dark days past that nobody will notice them, big mistake but they never learn, if you look 99% of old dug up posts are spam.
