How To Motivate Yourself for Success (Video)

I found an awesome, eye opening video, witch i want to share with the Forum.
Whenever you feel down, or have a run of bad luck, it can boost your energy back on top! Also it provides some great insights on the secrets of success!
In my opinion it is one of the best motivational videos ever made! Watch it now, it can change your life.

    Motivation comes from within. If watching the videos move you, then take that one action step today that gets your closer to your goal. Just one action step. Build on that and add another small step tomorrow. If reaching for pleasure isn't motivation you, then you're maybe better to pushed by the opposite... avoiding pain and frustration.

      That are some interesting thoughts. I like your idea of focusing on one small step, and than another. I heard that professional tennis players develop a mindset, where they just focus on getting the next point, and not focusing on winning the whole game.

    I woke up tired. Unenthusiastic. I have a to-do list that has been piling up throughout the week and I was completely unmotivated. This guy pumped me up! haha. I even took a couple notes. This was a great 15 minutes.
