I saw a video from Will Smith that was quite motivating and inspirational. One of my current favorites, though, is Nick Vujicic. Truly an inspiration:

Tons of it. I try to learn from everyone and anywhere though.. You can get inspired not only from the gurus but sometimes from the little guy like a cab driver. A cab driver once told me a story of his life and I got inspired by his story..
