Hey Guys, and Chicas,

Here is a post I blogged about a while back. Still very relevant, I know you'll get something out of this - check it out!

(If I appear a bit brash or ego-high-like, please take that with a grain of salt, I wrote this after reading a few Donald Trump books, you know how that goes)

"Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune"

-Jim Rohn

The other night I was in the middle of a 5 mile run and I had an extreme inspiration to share one of my greatest secrets about being successful and solving problems. These two conjectures go hand in hand because to reach success you can best believe there will many problems and pieces of adversity standing in your way.

It is clear to me that most individuals do not no how to properly solve problems and worse, they do not have the motivation to try to solve them. If everything is not "smooth sailing" the adventure or goal the person is chasing becomes suddenly "not worth it."

If there was one gift I could offer all of mankind, I think it would be a thought process of which someone could inherit or extract the correct type of thinking that leads to your dreams, goals and desires. You can read books, you can saturate your mind with knowledge but if you do not act - what is the point?

The greatest curse of the human mind, is to know but not do. Individuals go to college and get their M.B.A.'s, they master their profession, but I'm afraid this does not yield the correct type of thinking necessary in our world. I have learned this through observation and my own wisdom from what I have perceived in my short existence.

The thinker understands that there are many type's of intelligence. For every subject, or sub-subject their is an option to inform yourself of the nature of the topic. Those who are well rounded like myself, make a considerable effort to grasp the fundamentals of multiple subjects, as though to carry on a meaningful conversation, at a minimum.

I will not argue the point that it is necessary to have individuals with a field specialization, but my greatest aversion perhaps lies in the idea of a person not thinking about the future and advancement of our race. One may argue that there is a specialization for this conjecture, However I would politely decline this offer.

If you carry the scent of a human then It is necessary to carry the state of mind of improvement, and change for betterment. Without those thoughts life becomes purposeless. Without a meaning or reason to justify our very existance there is nothing to turn to except for the sake of it all, which is the latter. Which is death.

Here is my first point: Individuals who are full of knowledge on a subject become mutually exclusive to other subjects of which should interest them - one important subject matter I should like to refer to specifically is the idea of transforming thoughts into actions to create a better world.

Problems are common. Problem solvers are rare.

Excuses are abundant. Action is absent.

When you learn the art of your profession you have a solid knowledge base to refer too to solve problems that arise in your subject of study. But your knowledge base is founded upon conventional "by the books" knowledge. Meaning you have never had the option to ask yourself how to solve a problem without being conditioned to try and solve it in a certain way that encompasses your conditioning.

The more "by the books" knowledge that one possesses the more likely this person is to complicate a subject matter. Instead of performing the best solution which is the most simple one.

Wisdom, knowledge through which you accumulate from doing is the most valuable type of knowledge because it cannot be taught to others.

It is scarce. It is like gold in a long lost cave. It is specific to one man or woman or had the experience and learned that priceless asset. You can attempt to communicate a piece of wisdom to another who is willing to listen, they may be able to absorb the fruit of your points however there is a difference in the impact of which the fruit will have upon the individual in comparison with the communicator.

Some experiences cannot be interpreted verbally, thus making it impossible for another individual to perceive unless of course he or her experiences it for their self.

Your ability to shape things in a simplistic manner become obsolete when your conditioning's gravity makes your problems as big as rocks instead of grains of sand.

My second point: Learning your art or subject by the books is necessary, however it is far less valuable then knowledge through experience because knowledge through experience (wisdom) cannot be taught effectively and the real reward is exclusive to that person. Furthermore, there is a distinct connection between problem solvers and experience.

The greatest achievements ever witnessed by mankind were made by those who withstood thousands of failures which are the residue of action. These actions and special wisdom led to the creation of small things like harnessing electricity, creating radio waves for telecommunication and the creation of the first engine powered automobile.

Henry Ford's engineers told him on several occasions that it was physically and mechanically impossible to create an engine with 8 cylinders. After every objection that could be thought of by the excuse makers was squashed away by Ford's Ambition, after 6 months of failures a breakthrough was made and Ford's firm, unwavering persistence led to the birth of an incredible engine.

Henry Ford was not cursed by a "by the books" knowledge background like his engineers. Their ability and lack of forsight was incredulous. While a man of a high school education and a shred of ambition made the "impossible" happen.

I have a high school education. I am 20 years old. I went to college for 700 days. I have done things most have never done and will never do in their life. I am NOT bragging, I am stating facts - please refrain from judging for the sake of another example, not as comparble as Henry Ford's accomplishments...yet.

I see problems, excuses and inconveniences for what they are, I do NOT have perfect thought processes to engage a pliable solution to any such problem however I have the right knowledge base to refer to which echoes simplicity, persistence and action.

I make an effort to know as much as I can, although I'm fully conscious of the fact that I will never know 1% about anything. There is to much happening on a daily basis and to much as happened in the past for me to make good use of my time to come to a fully conscious awareness of every singular event that has occurred in this universe.

For what's it worth - I come to my last point.

The human bond and connection that all humans share with each other is the greatest asset we will ever have. One brilliant mind is inferior to, two average reasoning minds that are conversing with one another. If Einstein had a twin that shared the same passions and enthusiasm I have no doubt that the amount of achievements that they could have accomplished would have been doubled or maybe even quadrupled.

If you take one brilliant man or woman and connect them with others, ideas begin to form based on each others [wisdom] and knowledge and things begin to happen with which would have never occurred without the former event occurring. I have this to blame on my own personal experiences but if you desire more proof of so simple a conjecture read a book about most anything great that was accomplished, you will find that a team was behind the methods. Not a sole individual in most cases and parts.

Which brings me to share with you my ultimate secret, I have a team of individuals that allowed me to accomplish what it was I was after. Which was financial freedom and independence of course. I understand that time waits for no man, as such my time is more important than anything else gravitating around my life.

In order to make good time I could not afford to learn every art myself and furthermore to perform every art myself to successfully become a successful internet marketer. I did entertain myself with the fundamentals of each art that is necessary to fulfilling a stable marketing campaign.

In order to communicate with your team you need to understand the basics at a minimum, you cannot bake without flour. With this being said I divided the responsibilities into separate categories and hired out each phase of the process to a competent and well deserved contractor, all of whom still work for me today.

Simplicity and action overrules. This may be referred to as street smarts opposed to book smarts but it is not what I am referring too. What I am referring to is a third and separate way of thinking about problems. See the problems. Make them transparent, and the simplest solution is often the most elegant and timely.

When I worked for $8.50/hour at Best Buy I had money left over to pay people to fulfill a piece of my desired goal for me. Why learn how to be a PHP programmer when I already understand how to make $300 a week working at Best Buy to pay a programmer? Spending $160,000 on a college tuition to have a knowledge of programming is irrelevant when I can spend a few hundred dollars every time I need something programmed.

But, by golly the people who claim to be full of "wisdom," wisdom that is based on a foundation of "by the books" and complicated non-original based experiences with their "keen" and "established" insight will warn you to go to school to make a deal with the world to pay an enormous amount of money you may never pay back to learn something for which you can learn without wagering so bad of a financial statement.

With this, I leave you to think about my points and how you can take measure of these and communicate this school of thinking into your life...
