Are we allowed to promote squeeze pages here?

I'm noticing threads in which the thread creators are directly promoting squeeze page with freebies. Been seeing this a bit more lately.

I was under the impression this was not allowed in this sub-forum. Am I mistaken?

    I actually go to the point of reporting such threads because it's unfair. At least directly promoting the offers. If you see a thread that you don't feel fits with the forum thread, click on the little icon in the bottom left that looks like a hazard sign. The moderators will be able to handle the situation from there on.

    Post is directly pushing a squeeze page, is being repeatedly bumped by the OP, and has been live for 11 days.

    I'm just unclear if this is acceptable or not. If it is, I have some offers I'd like to promote as well.

    I think your comment saved the day No longer up or live anymore.

    I believe I reported that same thread a few days ago, but it may have been another by the poster.

    The best thing to do when you see someone violating one of the rules or doing something questionable is to report them.

    The mods and support here are very fast, very great and I generally hear back from them in less than 24 hours. That was my recent experience via the ticket system. It's faster if you Report the post though.
