Proper invoicing
I am still amazed how proper invoicing is totally ignored when you buy a product in the USA.
Seems lots of marketers dont pay attention. However more and more the IRS and the tax authorities in Europe are starting to hit independant people with fines etc... Especially the VAT is double and triple checked now.
A proper invoice must have
the name, address, tax number, invoice number, date, description of the prestation and the international vat no (for EU) or a mention that its not applicable
Even buying from Europe to the US we are now supposed to declare the amount and deduct it asap, so in reality nothing is paid, but if we dont our local country can still claim it down the road.
Even the WSO invoices are non conform
Get inspired from Clickbank that now charges VAT and provide pdf invoices ...
