Argh! I cant keep the momentum going!

Hey Everyone!

Over the weekend I was dedicated to working, if I took a break within five minutes I wanted to get back to laptop and continue working! I was feel amazing and really proud of myself, I felt like that it was the start of my new working attitude! Sadly today after being at work all day, I have come home to find myself procrastinating as much as I possibly can. I want to work yet I am really struggling. This lazy attitude must stop NOW, I need to dedicate myself more toward IM.

How can I stop this problem? I feel like a failure having this mindset but I just can't seem to get myself motivated.

Your thoughts will be much appreciated!

Sit yourself again, ask yourself again what you want; then you will get a solution I think.

That is your answer right there

Think about this for a second.
What would happen if you continue to procrastinate?

    Then think about this
What would happen if you stopped procrastinating?

Use both of those reasons to keep you going and you will stop procrastinating.

Maybe you need to relax a little. What was the difference between the workday and the weekend? Outside work. Maybe you are frustrated, tired, stressed, etc. because of work and that's making it harder to get started.

If you do relax, make sure it's just a little. Don't let it turn into full blown couch potato mode.

When I get stuck I always try to remember my why. Why am I doing what I do? Who is it for? Those answers can help me to stick to my decision and plan - sometimes.

Other times I've discovered I just need to chill and take a walk or take a nap or just veg in front of the TV for a while or surf to my heart's content. But I always try make sure that time is limited and get going again as soon as I'm recharged a little.

Go outside, take some deep breathes.

Go back inside, and give it all you got.

You just need to keep on grinding until you make that first sale or hit that goal you've set for yourself, and when you do, you will be hooking. Motivated for life.

Just remember, most people quit RIGHT before they were about to make it...

Maybe the best time to get to work is NOT after you get off the job. Maybe you should wake 30 minutes before your usual time. The night before delegate what that 30 minutes is for. If you need time to wake up, do your usually getting ready (showering, breakfast, etc) and 30 minutes before its time to run off, it's just you and the clock and the countdown to massive action and productivity!

    Hi Joe,

You have deep routed subconscious believes about money, success and happiness weather you want to believe that or not. That's what it is stopping you from obtaining your goals and aspirations.

Procrastination is the seat for lack of a strong compelling vision with intense emotion. If you had intense emotion toward success you would KO procrastination in a heart beat. Intense positive emotion will pull you towards your goals and you won't be able to help yourself.

Would you like to be able not to help yourself from taking action? Whereby compulsive action becomes natural for you?

When you change these believes, automatically will be compelled to take consistent action. You litrally won't be able to stop yourself from taking action.

Your mind is a complex tool but is very easy to reprogram.

Doesn't matter how hard you try and work your subconscious mind will ALWAYS WIN.

So your job is to begin to reprogram your subconscious mind so that you automatically take action.
