The response has been great and I thought it would be nice to gather all the suggestions in one place to have it around for those lazy middays .

    I believe that the best way to keep boosting energy is to drink a good quantity of water on a regular basis as this greatly helps to reduce dehydration and fill us with lots of energy and keeps us fresh also on regular basis.

    I was listining to Tony Robbins and apparently Green Alkaline drinks will give you more energy & make you more productive. Also what will give you less energy is drinking alchool , stress, less sleep
