You are what you think you are
What is your self belief system made up of?
Do you think in a successful manner...
...or in a self defeatist manner?
When you feed your mind with information by way of thought patterns, do these serve your best interests or sabotage your self esteem?
If you want to be successful in life, if you want to be happy, satisfied, contented, enjoying good relationships with other people - it's important to recognize your true self worth.
When you recognize your true worth, you act in a manner congruent with who and what you believe yourself to be.
If you think negatively, criticize yourself too often internally, have low self esteem, feel a sense of hopelessness or that outside events beyond your control are controlling your life regardless of what you do, your own payoff or reward will not match those of someone capable of thinking about themselves much more positively.
A positive person puts the needs of other people first.
A positive person wants to help other people.
A positive individual looks after the interests of other people first before considering their own feelings. And in doing so, their personal self esteem, sense of worth and self respect goes through the roof.
If you think positively, if you invite and surround yourself with positive people who similarly have no time for negativity or bull crap the rewards in your conscious and unconscious mind will serve you well for a long time to come.
You are what you think you are.
If you think you're a writer, you will become a writer.
If you think you're a popular person, acting in a manner congruent with this self belief, you will become a popular person - liked and respected by many.
If you think you're a darn good housewife or husband, this is exactly what your personal family life will amount to.
If you think you'll make a wonderful success of your love life, no doubt this will happen, for we always act in a manner agreeable to our own belief system.
No matter what you think you are, this is what you will become by focusing on this aspect of your life.
If you think you'll one day become the next Donald Trump or Richard Branson, you'll act precisely in a manner which yields for you the same kind of results as the belief system you hold.
If you think in terms of failure, failure will surely follow you.
If you want to change who you think you are, change your thinking. Think of yourself differently.
When you live in the moment (as you do - we all do) you constantly have a choice of action...
To stay in your comfort zone, stuck in a rut where you are right now or to change your thinking and therefore your actions to propel you towards the life you want to lead.
So, who do you think you are?
What do you aspire to?
What are your dreams?
What are your goals?
What do you think about for the most part?
If you want change be the change you want.
You are your very own personal temple. Your temple is your heart and mind.
If you feel dis-ease with yourself, heal thyself. The change you want, the change you aspire to can only come from within - in the moment.
Stop! Think! Look! Listen!
Who ARE you?
What are you thinking about right now?
Are you criticizing this advice?
Are you resilient to it or do you accept it for what it is? Words which may just help you to help yourself to become... who you really need to be. What you want to be deep down inside.
If you want more - you'll do more.

What do you really want?
