Who moved my cheese...

Just read the short book "Who Moved My Cheese". Didn't realize it's from '98 but never the less... an excellent read. Thought I'd pass that along...

On my very large 'to read' list.

    Any takeaways you can share?

It looks like it 3.5 out of 5 stars on Amazon...

It is about dealing with change it appears.

All three reviews that were shown to me on the Amazon page were 1 out of 5 stars.

I'll probably have to wait until someone lets me borrow it or I can thumb through it at a bookstore.

It reads in less than an hour but the basis is about how we fear change so much it paralizes us from taking action. reality it's all in the mind and change will always happen no matter what so it serves us better to change as well.

What I like is how it's written as a story of 2 mice in a maze and two people the size of mice in the same maze. Both pairs have the desired outcome, but the humans let their minds get in the way.

If you Google it you can find a pdf online...

Everything is impermanent. It's a fact of life and it's amazing how we tend to live in a world where we want to believe that all good things should last forever. This is a great little story.
