Best goal setting app for Android?

Do any of you use apps for goal setting and reminders?

I'm looking for something that gives me the ability to:

-write goals/subgoals
-set deadlines for them
-give me regular reminders
-track daily habits
-very importantly allow me to write down reasons why I need to accomplish them.

It would be nice if it also comes with a daily to do list and can sync with my windows but I guess that maybe asking for too much.

      i was using the default calendar app for most of the things OP requested (except writing reasons why you need to accomplish some), but after viewing this - i decided to switch to springpad.
      It looks like an awesome app. Thanks for sharing.

    I just use the sticky note app to do most of that. I find that it works good enough for me.
