Which day of the week you feel out of sync?

It's impossible to be 100% working and be in command of your daily professional and personal tasks all the time. Do you agree? I hope so.

Well, to me it's the day just before the weekend when I feel out of order and feelings of tiredness and deactivation creeps in.

Do you experience the same or different?

In my case it's sunday ...

I agree it's impossible to be 100% at work because we have to rest in order to get back to work with more energy. It may be counter productive to work too much ...

When I get out of order I don't try to fight. I rest, then, I work the next day.

Friday sickness always get me! It's the day I want to do all things at once to enjoy the weekend!

Friday is about meeting deadlines and planning the weekend party!

    Hard to hustle sometimes...

The weekend and holidays. There is usually so much going on with family.
I try to get stuff done, but it's very hard to stay in sync. Sometimes it's just easier to catch up on a regular day.

None: they all blend together. Weekdays, I'm working at my "day job" and then executing my WSO calls at night...weekends, I'm moving forward on my IM projects. There is not enough time to do everything. I'm learning how to outsource.

However, I do get bogged down with so many projects. Then I need a refocusing call to get me back on track completing things.

Friday is always the hardest day for me to be productive, especially because most of my friends are in University and don't have class on Friday's so they're always trying to get me to come party with them!

    I'm past that frat boy life though so when I'm starting to get distracted I like watching some motivational videos on Youtube, not always informational ones but I'll watch videos like this one;

Meditation is also a good way to regain your focus!

I am out of sync when I haven't had at least a few hours sleep in a row. I have chronic insomnia partly due to pain. If my routine is disturbed I feel very out of sync. For example, yesterday I spent all day helping a friend with a rehearsal for a drama school show. So I am out from 8am til 5pm. Can't have my afternoon nap to recharge my batteries and then I couldn't sleep last night.

However, I do have the best situation that I can rest today and tomorrow I should be back in sync again. Working form home and living alone is the BEST way to keep yourself in sync as much as possible.

I'm out of sync like every day, every time when I wake up. I think that's mostly because I don't have a good sleeping cycle.

Monday's the worst for me. It's difficult for me to adjust after a relaxing Sunday. I wake up on Mondays having a to-do list only to end up doing half of what I hope to do.
Still trying to deal with this problem.
