Napoleon Hill Worksheets/Workbooks or examples?

I am re-reading "Think and Grow Rich" and am wondering if there is any printable worksheet or workbook that I can use to craft the definite chief aim?

I also remember on Letters of Note that there was several letters from people, including Michael Jackson (I think it was him) that had written out a letter of his chief goals/objectives but I can't seem to find it any more.

I am also reading Goals by Brian Tracy but I find his book way too repetitive, but at the very least its helping me craft goals.

The way I've gotten forward so far is to get several sheets of paper and write out everything in mind maps or flowcharts and just kept writing everything that came to mind.

    Read the 'Law Of Success in 16 Lessons' which is also by Napoleon Hill. It is an incredible book, I kind of prefer it over - 'Think And Grow Rich' to be honest.

    There is no specific worksheet related to the book. Reread the first chapters and follow the exercise on your computer or blank sheet of paper as described by the author.
