      True happiness & success are states of mind. This comes from being comfortable with yourself first. The shit that happens in life are the parts that test you. If you live in a life of stress all the time you are not going to live for long and you won't be happy at all.

      A good quote is "living well is the best revenge"

      This subject will take to many books to be written along with the books that have been written and we still may not understand because I do not think that there are words that will explain it. It has to be experienced.
