I just watched through this entire seminar (25 mins) and I found it extremely interesting so I thought I would share it with you.

    I just started to glance at this talk. As somebody who watches a lot of Ted Talks, I am surprised that I missed this one.

    I am interested in trigger points (things I can do) that make the success I am seeking more effortless.

    I will definitely watch the entire video and test out some of the techniques and strategies.

    Thanks for sharing - that was fascinating! Amy Cuddys research very much chimes with the theory behind neuro linguistic programming which uses the body to reprogramme negative and unhelpful thought processes. I am definitely going to be doing those poses before I begin my days work

    I wish all personal development were that easy not to mention cheap

    Well good point tony Robbins mentions something like this where you can change the state of what you are doing right now & by changing your body you can change you state , who you are & then your life

    The Tony Robbins link doesn't show up. But I will be watching the Power Poses one later today. I too love TED Talks videos.

    Good information. It does make sense that your posture will affect how you feel as well as reflect to others your state of mind sometimes.

    TED talks are pretty amazing. I mostly enjoy the older one's though. Older one's had quirkier (i think funnier as well) speakers like Neil Degrasse Tyson that are seriously witty though amazingly informative.
