I ran into a lecture on Ted.com by Matt Cutts that offers to try something new for 30 days.
Matt's approach claims that if you try something new for 30 days, then it becomes a habit.
I really like his approach and I even follow it myself.
I think it can be really helpful in achieving both personal and business goals, so I just wanted to share this with you.
