What are you guys using as FREE task management programs? And Why?

I have been using WorkFlowy for a few years now, and it has been a great tool in helping me keep my projects and To-Do's under control.

WorkFlowy has one limitation that has left me to now see if I can find something better suited towards my needs. It does not support moving items or tasks into other tasks or projects. And this is becoming a deal breaker for me. (Although I heard now that function is available on the mobile app version)

Anyhow, please let me know what you guys are using and why you love it so much.

As far as keeping my To-Do's and Projects organized, I just use a notebook or a day planner.

I like the physicality of a piece of paper and have used programs and apps but never seemed to have much success with them. I would end up accidentally deleting things or just not using it as much.

This is about the only thing I have not digitized in my life and I kind of like it that way. But I have heard that the app for iphone called, "Clear" is one of the best To-Do lists/organizers. It also looks pretty sweet.

If you would prefer a physical program to keep organized, check out this video.

About 29 minutes into the video, Stefan talks about the Tony Robbins Rapid Planning Method which you can check out on amazon herehere (Not Affiliate Link)

It looks interesting and I may invest in it if I ever get tired of my old-school notebook planner.

    Hope this helps!
