Consistent & Persistent

I'm not a full internet marketer. I have adsense built in my blog, and attempt to promote my e-book, (result is not as good as I like it to be) I don't make my income from internet marketing. Maybe only 5% came directly from online marketing.

The last 2 weeks, I started to receive leads. Real leads enquiring about my service or wanting to attend my workshop. They called me, messaged me on my fan page or emailed me. All the work and investment is generating a ROI now.

But this took 18 months of consistent work. Doing the same thing daily. Posting comments on 10 other blogs weekly, writing new articles, posting on Fanpage, PPC, newsletter etc. All these while the message is the same, the positioning is the same.

At times, it look so boring. But force myself to do it. The brightness of it is this routine work will eventually gain traction and snowballed into something huge. I think I'm seeing some result in the last 2 weeks.

There are still lots to learn about online marketing which I'm learning and testing regularly. What I really want to say is keep doing the right thing consistently, the rewards will come.

When you are consistent and persistent you are able to accomplish many things. I think that the payoff is great. Yes at times it can seem redundant to be doing the same thing over and over but when you are successful, you will see how glad you are that you were persistent and consistent. Those two things are key for being successful.

Nice post and congrats on starting to see a return. I think a lot of people get into IM hoping for a get rich quick return. Some may get that but they are in a very small % group of successful IM'ers. Sounds like you had a plan and stuck to it. All too often people give up on their plan and chase a get rich method only to fail again. Persistence is the key in this industry and I am glad to hear your hard work is starting to pay off. The great thing about doing things the "hard way" is now you have a great pipeline built up. Now scale it up and reap the rewards. Thanks for the inspiration and keep it up.

    • That could be a slogan I live by as well. To consistently persist in every important aspect of my life is what I aim for daily. Obviously when this is applied to business eventually everything begins to swing to the positive just as with anything else ones attention is applied to in that manner.

Good post. The point is well taken and continued good fortune to you as you consistently persist in your financial endeavors.
