Law of Attraction says Like attract says the programs in our mind affect what we attract in our life. But what affects these programs?

I believe words we speak have powerful impact on our thought process and our ability attract what we want. What do you think?

Our words are extremely important, both the positive words we use and the negative words we use. How we frame our reality, both in our thoughts and our words, has a major impact on how we live our lives...

We where taught to use our words in very limiting ways .

I have always had great difficulty using words and placing them in the accepted structure of the English language ..

The problem with the law of attracting comes when you an affirmation together .. that looks very positive . but is singing the tune of lack ...

if you are affirming the desire for more money from a position of power .. i want more money because i have been a lot of fun doing this this and this.. and more money will allow me to do this this and this which will be even more fun .. it is much better than .

I want more money because i don't have enough to pay my bills and i am stuck only doing this this and this .. when i would rather be doing that that and that ..

or affirming the desire for a better job.. and then freaking out when you lose the one you have now ..

Words mean nothing. Orange in spanish is naranja. Two unique spellings, yet mean the exact same thing.

Words are just a jubble of sounds we use to define meaning to objects, things, ideas, and concepts. They're really nothing more than cave man speak to someone who doesn't understand the sounds of the language.

It's the emotion and intention, the visualization of an idea in your mind, as close to reality as you can make it, that carries the real power. Before anything can ever come to you in your real life it must first begin as a thought. No words, but a thought.

I'd say words have no bearing or power in getting what we want, it's the thought that expresses itself in those curious patterns of sounds we call words that do.

Really? Words mean nothing? I think your confusing words with sounds as words can be both written and audible. So calling them a 'jumble of SOUNDS' is just plain wrong.

That said if you really think words have no power then try this little exercise and you'll see that the words we use, whether they're spoken or written, DO have power and CAN influence our actions.

Try checking yourself or a friend when you're having a conversation. Every time you say the word BUT stop for a second and ask yourself WHY you're sticking that particular word in there. Sometimes you'll find that it just makes sense in the natural flow of conversation BUT sometimes you'll notice that you, or your friend, are saying it to simpley lay out a list of reasons why you can't, won't or refuse to do a certain activity.

Once you start realizing how many times you use the word BUT you should also start to realize the negative and limiting beliefs that it conjures up.

Give it a go and see just how that one simple word will stop you dead in your tracks and prevent you from succeeding in many things in your life. I make a conscious effort to remove as many unnecessary BUTS... (not butts!) from my vocabulary.

      Take care

    Words have real power.

Take two weightlifters, of the same ability...

Put a weight right in front of them, one that is just at the edge of their ability to lift - but a weight they have lifted before once.

Have one constantly repeat out-loud, while warming up and trying to lift the weight: I can't life this. I can't lift this. I can't lift this. I can't lift this.

Have the other constantly repeat, out-loud, while warming up and trying to lift the weight: I will lift this. I will lift this. I will lift this. I will lift this.

The first guy will fail, the second guy will succeed.

Words have very real power. If we're going to say that the idea behind the word is the point, that is just semantics - a difference without distinction. Even our thoughts are formed in our own minds in our language of words...

Many studies have shown that repeating words to oneself will train the mind to those words. A really important word is why. For repetition to work, you really have to have a subconscious buy-in to the underlying thought. For example, if you say to yourself "I want more money", ask "Why do I want More money". Be specific. And then, instead of repeating "I want more money" repeat the answer to the question "Why do I want More money."

Words have a tremendous power over you.

If you constantly use negative words in your self-talk, you will have a "crap" day

If you constantly use positive words in your self-talk, you will have an awesome day.

Do you know what you are constantly saying to yourself?

Words are really powerful it could hurt somebody, it could end a relationship, or it could make somebody so happy.

I believe that when you speak positive words you would attract positive things. Law of attraction indeed.
