So true, people underestimate the power of the subconscious. I surround myself with books and audios of people that have achieved what i want to and it is working exceptionally well.

There is nothing like Eben Pagan's audio/video series when it comes to online marketing.
He is one of the absolute experts, together with Frank Kern.

Check out the materials of these guys, it will be worth your time

Motivational books are good, but Internet marketing books are better. You can learn skills you can apply to make money.

        1. Get Rich Click by Marc Ostrofsky (hardback)

        2. Super Affiliate Handbook by Rosalind Gardner (ebook)

If you have a motivation problem and a lack of skills problems you should probably read both.

I agree; motivational books make you feel like you can do anything.
But marketing books show you how to actually do marketing.

          Anything by Dan Kennedy
Copywriting books by Joe Sugarman, John Caples

Motivational books are eventually a trap. You keep getting more and more excited about thinking about marketing. But you don't learn the "How" of marketing.

I have read tons of motivational books over the last couple of decades. Some made me cry, some got me excited, a few made me want to work harder.

But I started getting far better results after I started actually applying marketing principles to my business.

And motivational books simply aren't about that.

If you want to be successful in internet marketing, read both of those books and apply what you have learned. Passion, knowledge, and skills should work together if you want something to happen. You can be really smart about marketing but it's not enough without the motivation and vice versa.

I photoread Think and Grow Rich on almost a daily basis.

In fact, I even made a photoreading video of it here:

You might also want to try a book called "Thick Face, Black Heart" by Chin-Ning-Chu.

Reading the books for motivation is not a big deal. It is useless if you don't implement things that you learn in your life.

I have finished reading No Excuses!: The Power of Self-Discipline [Brian Tracy] and it's such a motivational and also a good read. Every chapter comes with a short exercise that you can do right away to clear out your thoughts and get more disciplined. I think this is a must read for internet marketers or entrepreneurs in general.
