You Are Better Than Your Boss.

Yes, you are. Everyone is special, you just need to find out what you are really good at. Do you agree?

Totally agree. Every person in this world has something extraordinary to offer, you just have to find what it is.

Not everyone has gifts, or the ability to develop unique skills.
But with effort, nearly everyone can develop at least one area where they are better than average.

It makes us feel better to believe that we are all unique and special. I believe most people are born with far greater potential than they imagine.

But most people I meet are much more like everyone else than they are different. We may all be unique little snowflakes...but we are all snowflakes.

We may all be interesting in some way, if you look hard enough. But extraordinary?

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

I agree with you 100%. The fact that they've attained a certain level of success doesn't mean they are better than me. I can also work hard, get determined and become better than them.

It's our willingness to be the best we can be...cause we can totally be and do anything we really want which can make us better than our boss

I agree everyone is special in some way. I don't agree I'm better than my boss (nevermind the fact that I AM my boss because I work for myself).

I don't think it's psychologically healthy to think of ourselves as better than anyone else. I think that's vanity, and harmful to those who think it, and perhaps to those around them. I prefer thinking we're all equal to each other, not in talent or abilities, but at our core.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

I know that I am special, just like everyone else, but I can't figure out what that has to do with a boss.

if you are doing financially better than your boss ..you are either working in the wrong place .. or working to learn something .

if i was really interest in becoming a pro chef ..and opening a place of my own..i would want to work and learn from the best ..

jobs can be a great place to learn a skill and make money doing it ..

This is exactly what i was saying to myself when i still had a day job.

Don't worry about your boss, you're better then him.

You will soon be working for yourself, he will get stuck in this company forever

    Cheers,

May be it should be in some other perspective. Why compare ??? when we compare ourselves with somebody we doubt our existence. Isn't it we look at people with our opinions? we should look at as they are boss is boss not me. may be someday we will be the boss and somebody will say the same. so I am the best to lead the change and I do in my daily life practicing to minimize the comparison and certainly attained a good level.

I totally agree, if my boss would have been better than me then he should'nt have hired me or hired any specialist and experts.

    Maybe in some other fields.
    We can't master everything.
Everyone of us have different skills and personalities.
Just try to focused the things that you really love or something better.

But here's the thing, it doesn't mean that you'll be successful if have the skills because attitude is the most important thing that will drive you to success.

I have to agree because every individual is unique. But, the difference is if your boss has learned something how to use your capability 100 percent while you only get 20 percent from your boss.
