Train and Empower your People As A Mentor

If you're achieving personal growth but your people are being left behind, then you're not doing a good job at becoming a mentor. If you want to be a mentor, you need to learn how to grow your organization. You can only do this by teaching your people grow.

You can't just keep on providing solution to all their problems. You can't keep them from the big, bad world. They need to learn how to do it themselves. And eventually, they need to teach their own people to do the same way. Get them into training and help them achieve the best that they can be. Train them and be with them every step of the way.
