5) Some travel

Then List the 5 things you HATE about working for someone else. Again from any or all jobs you ever had:

1) Supervisors who think they know it all but have never ever done your job
2) Being micromanaged
3) Being treated like a grade-schooler
4) Working with people that don't pull their own weight or just screw off.
5) People who are promoted and don't deserve it.

I could go on and on with the negatives... that's sad...

From the perspective of a non-management position in a large organization:

    5 things I like:

    1. I'm just responsible for doing my own job, someone else handles everything else.

    2. Fixed, predictable working hours (most of the time).

    3. Steady paychecks.

    4. Fellowship with coworkers.

    5. Management provides top cover if needed.

    5 things I hate:

    1. Following someone else's rules.

    2. Someone else defines what your job is and sets the boundaries.

    3. Needing management approval for most everything.

    4. Little upward mobility.

    5. Dealing with difficult coworkers.

      5 things I like:

1 - Good company reputation, can be good reputation about you as a worker
2 - Safety, you get salary without worrying about managements and other things outside the company
      3 - Like minded people
      4 - Company's parties
5 - Company investments in workers competence

      5 things I really hates:

1 - Always follow someone else rules
2 - If boss FAIL in business, you fail as co worker too
3 - As someone already mentioned - difficult co workers to communicate
4 - Salary limit sooner or later. You will never be rich working for salary
5 - Time management: wake up early morning from 8 to 5 until pension

In my life I really like profit, rather than wage, even profit is 5 time less

    I work in retail.

    Likes:
    1. Steady, predictable income
    2. Love my co-workers
    3. Meet lots of interesting customers with similar interests
    4. Being active helps me build stamina and find ways to organise my time better
    5. Annual/sick leave

Basically, it's a steady way to fund my home business and I've met some great people.

    Dislikes:
    1. When I'm working I feel the time could be much better spent on my home business or hobbies
    2. Getting up early
    3. I have chronic fatigue so it's constantly pushing me past my threshold
    4. Minimal control over my hours and makes me hesitant to take small holidays
    5. Not much potential to scale up

It's not something I would do if I didn't have to. Working in a job feels like I'm eating up my time, even though in reality it's a tool to help push all my other stuff along. My job itself is great, I wouldn't work anywhere else, it's just the concept of employment that I don't enjoy.
