Who is your inspiration in business?

For me, it's Michael O' Leary (CEO of Ryanair - Europe's biggest Airlines) & Warren Buffet! Their style of doing business, the philosophy of continuous expansion & living life to the fullest inspire me like anything.

If you get time, you must go through the biographies of these two great people.

BTW, Which businesspeople inspire you, and motivate you towards your goal? Any Bill Gates lovers here?

    No one, because all the successful people, if you ask them they themselves don't have any inspiration. What led them to success is their own hard work and their will to do something in life. Being in IM guidance is neccessary rather than inspiration.

      I agree with you, for me my own hard work and my goals/dreams are my insparation. We can admire other people, but that's not what is the couse of our success. For our success in IM it is really important to have qualityful Coaching to follow .

      Inspiration does not mean doing hard work for the inspired. Inspiration means inspiring someone to reaching a certain goal.
