Hi Everyone,

All the time, I only make money from my blog. But lately I would like to give a try on article marketing->affiliate product and promote CPA offers. So I would like to carry out 3 projects at the same time.

I found that my work loads are increasing tremendously. But my time is limited and now I don't know how I'm going to plan my time table.

So would you guys mind to share with me how you guys are working and your timetable?

First of all, thanks for your time

Harrison

I presently hold 3 real-world jobs. 8-12, 1-5 and sporadic contracting. I run three 3-hour sessions a week doing nothing but IM. At home, with a view, right next to my kitchen. When my time is up, I stop and go back to the real world.

I think being very structured and disciplined like this is ideal, but... not everyone works the same way or has the same situation. I have a regular 9 - 5 job, but a fair amount of family responsibilities. I tend to grab time when I can, like if my husband and son have baseball practice, then that's my work time. A couple weekends ago they were off camping with scouts and I worked like a fiend most of the weekend. I do find getting up early and working 30 - 45 minutes in the morning gives me a little more continuity, but it's hard, sometimes stuff comes up where I've been up late and I'm not able to get up early.

I also tend to have a lot of different projects going on, sometimes I think too many. On the other hand, the advantage of different projects is that maybe only one of the three works out. It's a fine line between multiple streams of income versus spreading yourself too thin and not doing justice to any one project.

Great responses so far. What works for me is to do my big tasks on my day off. So on Sunday, I sit down for a couple hours and crank out several articles, copy for my blog, ad copy, etc. That way, during the week when I am busier, all I have to do is take the content I have already written and post it, which takes very little time.

Another tip that works for me, is to set my hours. Just like most people work a job from 9-5, I will set the hours that I work. During that time, I go to the office an focus. When the time is up, I walk away. To get the most out of the time I set aside, I spend approximately 5 minutes prioritizing. I keep a running to-do list, and I prioritize the top 3 to 5 most productive tasks and complete those first.

Also, I don't know if you find e-mail and phone calls sucking up a lot of your time, but for me that was a major obstacle. So now I set aside 30 minutes per day for e-mail and phone calls. This is the ONLY time I check e-mail and return calls. If this is a possibility for you in your business, I highly recommend it. I find without phone and e-mail interruptions, I am far more productive!

    Best of luck!

Yes You are right. This why I usually check my email at the end of the day and I usually off my phone when I'm working my online project.

      Anyway, thanks for your tips!
