I've had 3 Partners Quit

I'm finding it hard to keep motivated as partners that join my team aren't staying very long. I didn't have 3 quit at once, but even worse, I had a programmer, then he quit, then I found another, then he quit, then I found another...and you know what happens.

I'm creating a GPT website and it takes a little time to get things up and running especially since we are creating a new design and unique functionalities.

I think my problem is that I got my 3 programmers from DigitalPoint.

What advice do you have for me?

Thanks

Look for professionals who have work they can show for, like a portfolio. Where to get them on the other hand, I have no idea.

it's best to go to elance and online sites like that to find anyone who have some real talent for programming or web site development...but you have to pay them...

maybe the people in your team weren't very motivated because you're starting up something new and weren't fully committed, it's tough to motivate people when money is not involved, but when you're trying to launch a product, the money's gonna be tight of course.

and i know how tough it is to find partners who share your hunger too, i know because i asked this guy about doing a video for someone, first question out of his mouth was, how much is he paying??

but don't give up just 'cause people keep quitting, take baby steps and hire people online, pay them for small bits of coding, you don't want to have one guy program the whole thing for obvious reasons...

but the good part about the people quitting is that now you don't have to share future profits with anyone and keep every last bit for yourself!

    You have to screen hard!

    Interview 40 people

See who does work for FREE without you asking (good sign)

Make sure they aren't established by hungry to prove themselves

    Give Amazing Support and compassion

I learned this the hard way lol ...

This will change the way you think of building a biz.

Watch this, seriously. The second 40 minutes they literally made a guy $100.

I met Noah personally in Seattle last month. Really great guy, he is the real deal.

  • I am wondering why it was all three walked out on the project. Is there anything you can put your finger on that caused them to walk away or is it just really tough work?
