Life is crazy. I think we all know that.

Things get on top off us, we start living on autopilot and we forget how to enjoy life. My tip, take some time off.

It really does help!

I've said countless times that I'm going to make the change in my life that I need to become successful and achieve my dreams, yet I've never been able to do it.

Until recently; The last couple of days were spent analysing my life and me as a person. I learnt a lot, and got quite disappointed.

I thought to myself, where is the person I imagined myself being all that time ago? Where is the success I thought I was so bound to achieve?

Have I really been sucked into this poor lifestyle that so many of us want to escape?

So I took some time off, made sure that I as a person was in a good mindset. I realise now that I've spent too long forcing myself to work when I just needed a break.

Take a break, what ever it might be. For me, it was looking back on things and writing down on a piece of paper the ideal version of me.

Since relaxing a little, I feel much more alert, present and motivated to get back to work. I also know who I want to become, so getting up in the mornings are a little easier.

What I've achieved this morning, although it is really small and not that impressive, means a lot to me.

It's 8.30AM here, and for the first time in forever, I managed to wake up at 5.30 and I've already meditated, exercised, and done more work than I have done in the week before I took time off.

I know that I have not climbed mount Everest here, but I feel amazing!

Surely that's what matters? Feeling good and relaxed has helped me out!

Try it, I know how much it sucks to be in a place of negativity and de-motivated.

Take a break and observe your life from a different perspective.

Hope this helps someone
