Confused and frustrated

I started a blog 6 months ago... it made money in the beginning but has stopped now. I feel discouraged I don't want to quit, but every time I work on it I feel less heart to do so.
What should I do! I'm really confused and frustrated.
Any advice?

You have got a paying niche...

But you need to frequently update the blog to make it interesting for the visitor. Also the promotion plays a vital role in bringing traffic. Keep up working hard on it. I am sure the niche is not saturated, there's huge earning potentional in it.

Don't feel discouraged. Pick yourself up and believe in yourself. If you really want to succeed, you need to be strong.

You shouldn't give up now if it was working well before. You just have to brainstorm a list of reasons why it doesn't work anymore. Then try to think up of the solutions to those problems.

if you got like a before and after picture of yourself this is good in selling the story to your blog users. Like Vince del monte I consider a personal coach have used his program his whole website is based on previous customers before and after. If you can do this, post it on youtube then you can avoid having to go through the paying channel as I can assure you will get subscribers after subscribers on your youtube channel. they key is updating.

Do some extensive keyword research and try to find the keywords people are searching for, preferably long-tail keywords. Write blog posts often with these keywords in your post title. Also spread related keywords throughout the article.

After each post, Digg it and submit to other bookmarking sites. Keep posting on a regular basis and eventually, your traffic and earnings will increase.

Most people give up just one step away from their greatest success!

Look at your strategies and promotion techniques.
You must update your blog very regularly if you want google to take notice - optimize for keywords, do keyword research with googles tool and most of all.....focus!

You may need to go back to basics - reset your goal, make you plan and work at it.

You must increase your skill level and get more out of your time.
Use time management skills and if you dont have any, get some!

      good luck and persevere!

The big question.. is the blog still getting traffic? Sounds like you might have lost your traffic, hence no sales. Just thinking of where to start. Sales don't just disappear for no reason. Need to start looking at why it's not making money or reason it might not be making money.

Honestly, and I always hate to be negative, but if you have no heart for it, maybe it's time to move on? Maybe you could sell it and doing something else.

I use to have a completely different business, affiliate marketing, for just shy of 10 years. I lost the heart for it, just hated doing it and sold it all off. Not saying that is the case for you, or the way you should go, just a thought.

If you have absolute no heart for it, hate doing it, maybe it's time to move on.

Hope I don't get flamed, just been there myself.

I will tell you what to do and I dont need to know what program it was.

Go for a jog, and walk away from the laptop.

Clear your head and get a good nights rest.

Stop making post on forums, and turn off the instant messenger.

Get back to the basics or SEO and/or PPC and start building again.

You will make it again, just get a fresh outlook!

I'm 23, and I've had seizures my whole life but just this year realized that's what they were. When I was a little girl, I lived with them thinking they were just a part of life. I had a special relationship with them and it wasn't until I was about 10 or 11 that I realized that I was different. I went from the diagnoses of panic attacks, lyme disease, depression but normal EEG's made my neurologist skip past epilepsy. It wasn't until this year, at 23, after about 20 years of these "spells" that I found out I was epileptic. I found out by doing a study with John's Hopkins, and i'm glad that I know but I'm still just as frustrated.
