I came across this tightly packed info video only 3 minutes long that really drives home what it means to set smart goals for yourself or your employees, (if you have them).
Best three minutes I've spent on YT for the last week.

The delivery is clinical. The guy is on a mission to convey this effective set of concepts in record time; and he does it. I believe he covers some five smart goal concepts in a little over three minutes. You know you've been schooled good after watching this:

  It's always better to gather the kind of knowledge that allows us to move forward at a more rapid rate. Smart Goals can be one of the answers.

Great Video. However, SMART goals are also very useful when you want to set your own personal goals. They are not just for CEOs who want to delegate tasks to staff members. Think about how you can implement SMART goals in your own personal life.
