What Value Do You Place On Your Time?

This is one of those relative words that can become an abstract wonderland. But when you get down to it, we all know in our bones Time is a limited resource. Of course we never admit that to our ego structure. That would be troubling. So we jump to the feeling of Endless Time.

I am here to acknowledge every single human being has the given right to use his resources as he wishes. And, actually, that is exactly what is happening every moment of the day, everyday for everyone anyhow.

So, when I find myself lavishly squandering my precious Time on t.v. news, daydreaming in excess, pointless busy work and the like, I remember it is time to end this behavior and return to fruitful labor serving something other than trance so that some value is added somewhere to fill some need. Life can decide where my energies are required. It's all good.

Like 'Lil Abner used to say in the Sunday paper comics page, "Time's a wastin", . . . for me anyway.

    time is a resource you never know when it will run out on you .

    the problem is fewer and fewer people are buying time from people today .but 99 percent of people are trained to live by selling it.

    the most long term successful people spend most of their time preparing and improving ..and a small fraction of time performing so they get as much value out of that time as possible .

    where as he majority of people have been condition to believe their time is only worth 7 , 10, 15 , 20 ..a small amount of money per hour ..so they are limited to how many hours they can work .

    now though with the world being one economy ..and most jobs that are repetitive task based work over time..can be done anywhere..it is not such a good idea to sell time .

    so. is the time you are not being productive financially being used to improve the quality of your output in the time you are being productive

    For me, time is very essential each and every day.

    Every time I do something, I always think of how I can do something better and outsource my time so I can continually progress.

    Just picture you cloning yourself 10 fold or even 100 fold and see what you can do to improve your business and offline life.

      each and every day has 24 hours ..in the 24 hours there is a best time to get sleep..there are best times to eat ..and some activities are best to do at different times of the day .

      for long term happiness and mental health we need to fill some time every day with productive work .

      i think what you where trying to get at was knowing where it is best to use your time to be productive and wishing you had a clone of yourself who is just a step or two behind you in ability ..so you can do the new better stuff and get the stuff you are already good at done .

      i think the key is not to fill very moment with producing the same stuff and leave a good chunk of your productive time to improving

    I place a VERY high value on my time. And not just working hours, but personal hours as well. I think the most important thing we can do is be 100% IN the moment, every moment. When you're working, give it your all. When you play, play hard. When you rest, REST.

    I spend my time as intentionally as I spend my money.

    Lately, I've been giving a lot of value to my time which is really different because I take it for granted before. I've been placing too much value on my work which gives lesser time to my family and friends. I try to balance them now although there are still times that I lose track.

    Putting your time to good use is of the utmost importance. I place a very high value on my time and look to clear time wasting tasks from my daily activity.

    Take time during a 7 day period to stop every 15 to 30 minutes and record what you were doing. You will find that you are wasting about 40 to 50 % of your time on nonproductive activity.

    Then eliminate all the activities that are not moving in the right direction.
