Being an online marketer for many years, I have begun to notice a certain "trend" amongst the most successful Internet Marketers as well as one of the things that they have all have in common.

What is this common factor that allows SOME marketers to be successful and allows OTHER marketers to FAIL?

Never giving up and always persisting even when the going get's tough (and it WILL)

These "Successful Internet Marketers" follow through on their plans (and on their goals) and they never let short-term failures get in the way of achieving whatever goals that they set for themselves.

In one sentence: These successful Internet Marketers NEVER give up because they KNOW that all good things in life worth having take time.

If you hope to succeed online become financially independent, make sure to follow through on your plans and your goals, and to never give up.

    So true. I kept at it for years, determined that I would finally make this happen.

    I think it's important to recognize the difference between quitting and changing strategies too. You need to stay persistent, but there are cases where you'd be banging your head against the wall if you were to keep doing the same thing.

    The difference comes when you recognize what your big goals really are, and then you change the road you're on in order to get there.

      This I can totally agree with.

      Setting your sights on achieving your long-term goals is important, but it's ALSO very important and necessary to sometimes change up your strategies and tactics in order to REACH your goals.

    When I read this, I think back to something I've heard Kenster say a number of times: "Take action. Take action. Take action."

    I think it's worth noting that a lot of struggling Internet marketers are much closer to success than they seem, and they seem to lose focus right when they're at the tipping point in that equation. It's just a matter of learning for your mistakes, and not making the same mistake twice.

      Great piece of advice. unfortunately, there are some who think to make it online is just for people who do not have the time nor are willing to put the effort to succeed. For such people, failure is already staring them in the face. Persistence is the only way to success.

      I read a little a Warren Buffet and he said something along the lines of don't hold a stock for five minutes if you're not willing to hold on to it for 10 year. The long term outlook always wins

    In terms of an online career, besides never giving up, what is your alternative? A J.O.B? I'll take not giving up over that any day. And yes you are right things will get tough, but you will appreciate success more from having gone through the hard parts.
