Need help crafting out all the finer details of my BUSINESS PLAN/SALES FUNNEL.

Hi Everyone!

I am completely new to this space (Internet Marketing) but I strongly feel I've finally found my true passion. I know there are multiple areas one can focus on to make money in this profession, so I've decided to first focus on building NICHE WEBSITES and selling to my clients my own digital products.

I would greatly appreciate if any of you knowledgeable Warriors could answer any of the many questions I have below. Sorry in advance for all the questions but I wasn't sure if I should post individual threads for each question or just post all my questions in one thread.

To start things off I already know the following:
-I know what NICHE I want to serve.
-I know what products they would be interested in purchasing.


-What company do you recommend me to use to store my digital products with, so when my clients make a purchase this company will send them a link to download my products?

-What email marketing software/service do you recommend me to use?

-I plan on Outsourcing the majority of the task involved in my business, the only task I plan on completing myself will be finding profitable Niches and figuring out what digital products or services to offer them to solve their problems.

Besides the task I plan on completing myself what other specialist/freelancers will I might need to hire/contract besides the people listed below?

· Specialist #1 website designer, this person will design my squeeze pages and etc.
· Specialist #2 content writer, this person will craft out the sales copy for my website and emails.
· Specialist #3 traffic person, this person will know how to generate lots of traffic to my website from various channels.
· Specialist #4 Product developer, this person will create the digital products I plan to offer my clients.

-I hear a lot of marketers preach offer free content at the beginning to get the email address and then make sure to have multiple product upsells and multiple down sells in your Sales Funnels. Now I'm not trying to re-create the wheel but I just don't like that method. I plan on doing the following below and would like to know what you other warriors think about it?

Traffic ---> Squeeze Page ---> Product Offer (which will be multiple products sold as a package deal) --->
If client purchases "great get email address" ---> If client doesn't purchase "great get email address" --->
Provide monthly or weekly free valuable content thru email ---> Building Community Over Time "become the expert" ---> Then offer a super high priced secondary product or service.

Do any of you Warriors know of any great books, articles, websites or Programs you recommend me to check out to farther get educated about the business (especially about the IM method I plan on doing)?

Last question, If you were me (beginner) and you knew exactly which Niche to go after and you knew what products and services to offer that niche which task would you focus on accomplishing first?
