That List You've Been Building, . . .Super Charge It Now!

One of the more difficult things to do is really service one's customers in the more "old school" way. Now a days these customers are mostly represented as an e-mail address, or FB page and possibly their phone number. And the relationship with these customers can become pretty abstract or non existent all together.

Of the five customer care tips listed below which one do you feel leads the pack far and away from all the others?

· Keeping In Touch - any and all media
· After order reassurance contact
· Giving All Best Deals & Guarantees Possible
· Oldest & Most Loyal Customers Get Preferential Pricing
· Building Rapport & Trust

All of these steps taken together when working with you customer base will energize them and insure your greatest sales. These tips engage the highest and best use of their unrealized desire to buy even more from you because you have shown them you care in so many different ways. Yes, it takes work to do these steps. But it's also common sense.

My pick is the last one: "Building Rapport & Trust".

People like human contact. It builds trust. If you take the extra time to get to know your customers and make them feel that you have their best interests at heart then you have a customer for life who.

If you see a customers as dollar signs I think you are missing a trick.

    Thanks for the share.

My goal is to be as "intouch" as possible with my list and people I come in contact with. I know the busier we get the harder it is to stay "intouch". I hope i do not forget how important the "personal touch" is. I also believe that when we forget the important things, we instantly begin to go "downhill".
