The importance of reinvesting- and what you should do with your first paycheck

In the Internet Marketing world, its almost impossible not to make some kind of money. Even if you are just starting out, and are making just $5 per day, you should still reinvest a portion of your profits into expanding your business. Let me give you an example of what i did when i got my very first adsense cheque.

I opened it up, and it was the best feeling in the world (was 19 at the time, so it was actually the best feeling in the world for me, if you know what i mean ) I had actually succeeded in making money on the internet, and i had loved every minute of it. Obviously, it had taken me a few months to actually get to the payment threshold so actually having that cheque in my hand made me feel relief. I was thinking it would never arrive.

So here is what i did, and suggest you do the same. Spend all of the income on things you would never really buy with your wages. I spent it like it was free money, bought some beer for me and a couple mates, pizza's and got heavily stoned with some buddies of mine all day. Obviously, i don't want this to turn into a drugs is bad thread, i know it was wrong, and have since stopped buying weed, but i'm just trying to be as honest as possible. The whole point, was i decided to spend the money in a way that i would enjoy. The reasoning behind it was to give myself a taste of what i could live like if i put as much time into internet marketing as i did daydreaming about being rich and decided to sell my PS3 to get rid of that procrastination atrocity.

Doing something like that with your first bit of online income really motivates you to succeed and it has helped me get to where i am today. (not where i want to be but getting there).

Now i'm sensible. I use money that i earn to put back into my business. Outsourcing things on Fiverr, hiring article writers etc so i can get things done quicker and turn bigger and bigger profits. Of course, you should never have to put all your earnings back into your business, you should keep some for yourself, but things go a bit smoother when you have some capital to invest.

Although i'm not the most successful internet marketer in the world by a long shot, i do think you should take my advice of reinvesting profits into your business model. here is a more in depth article about reinvesting profits that i think you should check out.

It really goes without saying " a "ligit" business ,you must absolutely reinvest at least some of your profits and income or your business will ultimately implode or "fissle out" and before you know it you have a "bankrupt" operation. "heres to success".

If your business is scalable and profitable, reinvesting back into your business is going to put your business growth on steroid.

By not reinvesting a portion of your profits, you are not only stalling your business growth but also missing out on a potential future income.

  • I like the way you handled giving yourself free reign to spend your entire 1st IM check on anything you wanted. Great move. Wonderful moment by moment motivation helping to build upon itself.

Then the sensible other more mature decision to reinvest a certain amount back into the business to make it more effective. All nice methodical moves bearing good fruit. Congrats!

Yours is an example as to how to get IM results.

Great advice...reinvest grow quicker and earn more in the long run.

When you outsource you can spend your time growing your business rather than doing maintenance and upkeep (which can be done by others) like you do with Fiverr and article writers.

With this mindset you are increasing your chances of being successful and I wish you all the best in the future for your IM endeavours.

Of course reinvesting! That's the way to become a multi billionaire by 2020!

Do you see that you need DISCIPLINE to stick to the reinvesting routine?

    I recommend the following:

Out of ALL YOUR PROFITS take 10-20-30% and invest it!

the 10-20-30% can be invested like this:

20-40% in 'safe buckets' - aka banks, mutual funds etc.
80-60% in 'more risk than safe buckets' - media buying, forex etc.

the 2nd type of buckets will help you raise your money easily... while the 1st type of buckets keeps your peace of mind peaceful

    longstoryshort, for every 1000$ won...

    200$ invested
    40% of 200$ = 80$ in 'safe buckets'
60% of 200$ = 120$ in 'crazy depozit high profit but some risk buckets'

so every time you have new money get those 20% the first seconds and put them away........ to invest!

also, go for 10% investing in you (education, seminars, workshops, courses, books etc.)
also 10% for GIVING AWAY... to charity! trust me, it will come back 1000-fold

If you're making 10.000$ / month and you have only 6000$ after investing (i didn't count taxes) that's still ok
