Best online resources for limiting beliefs?
Does anyone recommend a good community site/forum for personal development? I want to start a plan, a routine/ritual for every day. The key things I want to change are:
Beliefs/Mindset
Get a girlfriend - which will require delving into the areas that are challenging
Upgrade m skills
Develop more confidence
The priority right now is getting a girlfriend and changing my beliefs/mindset.
Right now I get a list of negative beliefs, and switch them, then do a visualization to switch them out. I'm noticing a shift in my feelings/thoughts around women I find attractive.
I also do several 30 day challenges, just simple things like texting one friend a day that I haven't contacted in ages. And a nasal irrigation thing. And listen to two small visualizations each day. I also read the new beliefs every day, and check in with my goals on a weekly basis.
Looking for some guidance on what I should add in, to work on the beliefs/mindset, and having better confidence with women.
