Are You Tired of Crappy Products and IM Bull?

There's nothing really motivational about this post... But I'd like to share a few observations regarding Internet marketing and the whole race against time and the desire to fire your boss, make 23,000 in two minutes by sending half an email to a rabid list that's more hungry than a zombie from the Walking Dead.

95% of it is bulls**t.

I received an email today about some grandma who discovered a quick way to make cash. It seems she made her first dollar online with this. Yet, she has an awesome sales page, good copy, uses JV zoo and seems to be doing stuff only someone experienced could. So??? I'm just as baffled.

All too often we buy products expecting them to be our way out. A key to the lifestyle by the beach with your laptop. Well, guess what? I tried that too... Not because I make millions. I just happen to live on a tropical island and can get to the beach in an hour.

So, I lugged my laptop to the beach. Found a coconut tree to lean against and propped open the laptop. The first problem I had was the glare from the sunny sky. Then the sand became a pain in the ass... Both literal and metaphorically. The fine sand got between the spaces of my keyboard. Then I couldn't get any Internet reception. Finally, I said to hell with it and decided to go for a swim but couldn't. What if someone swiped my laptop while I frolicked in the sea? I would have lost over a 1000 dollars without any PPC... I could have spent it on a useless coaching course priced at $1,997.

Note to self - laptops don't belong at the beach.

The fact of the matter is that success online comes from hours at the computer testing and trying one method till it works for you. If you're doing video marketing, stick with it till it works. Ignore the kindle creation products, Facebook marketing, product creation, etc. Just spend all your time on one method and only one method till it makes you money. When it does, then start something else.

Don't be desperate to slap your boss, quit your job, or believe the half baked stories about how some homeless guy who foraged for half eaten burgers in garbage bins suddenly struck it rich by discovering a way to slap Google back. He would slap his boss too but he had no job to begin with.

It is a struggle but being desperate does not help. Take your time. Work your craft and you will succeed. You have to.

That's all folks.

True words it takes time and dedication to make it online.

However tempting those get rich quick systems maybe they are bull.

You don't have to give up the dream. IM success gives you freedom to do whatever you want to do... I'm just saying that a dream lifestyle need not be jets, posh houses, fast cars, faster women or a laptop on a beach. Those are salesletter dreams.

For me, the best thing about IM is not having to go to some job and deal with the usual asswipes at work. That alone is priceless.

Honestly, I understand the appeal of being on the beach and looking at the scenery, but I've never understood the appeal of being in physical contact with the beach. Sand is unpleasant no matter what it touches or where it is (which doesn't matter, because it gets everywhere XD).

I would much rather sit in a cafe with a nice drink and wifi, thank you. ^-^ hehehe

I hate to admit this here, but I don't really like the beach. It's really pretty darn boring.

Honestly, I really enjoy the challenge of sitting at my computer and trying to figure out how to do stuff.

Oh, and what they don't tell you about the beach is that the sand can ruin your laptop in two seconds flat.

Exactly. It never occurred to me that the fine sand could pose such problems... Till I had to blow the sand off the keyboard.

Yeah - I think that "granny" might have been lying, eh?

I always tell people the best way to make reliable money is:

FIND A RELIABLE, COMPLETE MONEY MAKING SYSTEM; focus all your time on it, and STOP reading sales emails!! LOL

Two good ones are the Chris Farrell membership, and Rob Cornich's Gain Higher Ground (There are others but not that many that I recommend to my HeyMalc visitors.

Part of what I am doing wrong is when a new product comes along i am quick to buy it. I find myself working on many task at the same time with little success. It is not about quantity, but quality. We sometimes just need to refocus what we are doing.

I like what you had to say because I am so fed up with this crap myself. It's to a point where you can't discern the real products from the fake. Also I just put up a WSO and it is a very good one but I am not getting the sales I would have hoped for. Not even close but then I see others with gimicky salespages and stuff that don't even look like it would work and they sale.

For a while I been wondering about being Black online and is that a hurtful thing. I know as an African American male we get a bad wrap before we even step in the building. I have heard some of the most racist things ever while being online and it was on topics that had nothing to do with race.

If it happens all trough out this society even to the President of the United States of America am I one to believe that it doesn't happen online and Internet Marketing? Is this keeping me from making as much as I could? Should I just become an avatar? I thought showing my face and being open was the way to go but I could have easily hidden behind a picture of an older white gentleman. I guess that comes with some perceived expertise in this society.

One could site Willie Crawford as a success but then I think that's the same way in society a token Black gets through the crack to be heralded as the face for why everything is fair and even. Why is his the only name that I know of a African American Internet marketer?

I don't know anymore I'm jaded by IM now. I have lost everything including my family ******* with this shit and I am so mad and frustrated right now. I keep pushing forward and doing everything right only to see all my hard work not produce anything.

I just launched this product yesterday called Traffic Twerking and I got affiliates and everything so what is the problem? When I worked with Jeremy Kennedy and his face was the face of the product I got Top WSO of the Week and I wrote and created the whole product so should I bring my ideas to a Caucasian male in order for people to feel comfortable buying it?

I am at a lost for what I need to do. I have a product that can make you thousands in one day and nobody is buying it wtf. I want to throw my hands up with this. I had ideas and things I wanted to bring to this community but you got people on here coming to my salespage before I can get up it properly leaving comments talking about my price is too high. It cost $17 for a product that can make you thousand's in a day. So not only do people on here expect you to scratch they back but their nuts too.

I worked my ass off to create that product. I am tired exhausted I have been away from the people I love and neglected them all for this shit?

Am I wrong for thinking this? I am just trying to understand what's going on.
