Update On "My Friend's Challenging Motivational Technique"

Well he finally cracked. After enduring ever more radical weather conditions in his isolated IM office, my friend finally reported that this year's deeper and more prolonged temperature drop had finally caused his joints to begin ceasing up and stiffness in much of his body began to impair his ability to function properly on the keyboard.

He just couldn't keep warm enough. The effects were just too "collective" over time he told me.

I still marvel over his ability to withstand the onslaught of temperature and humidity ranges for well over thirty six months in his one man office remaining productive and joyful throughout the entire experience.

I wonder what he will come up with next!

The more effort you give into good preparation (i.e., the difficult tasks), then the easier it will be for you to follow through
When your motivation is high take advantage of it by tackling the difficult tasks.

    Incredible....

I have the same problem with atmospheric pressure.

A device that I love to use is an ionizer. It helps to have a clean and fresh air. If you aren't using it, I recommend you buy one.

    Best regards

Many times we attribute illnesses/symptoms to other causes (such as you suggest, the weather), when it could actually be from a little known, yet hugely disease provoking biotoxin otherwise known as "sick building syndrome". Toxic mold is very real and afflicts those who work indoors where there is known or hidden water damage. Joint stiffness is one of the signs, among many others. Please make sure your friend is not working in a water damaged building, as these toxins can in some cases cause irreversible damage and a lifetime of ill effects...Marjorie
