How Many Hours a Day Do You Spend on Mental Science?

I like spending at least 15 to 20 minutes working on my mindset by:

• Meditating
• Visualizing
• Affirming
• Reading self help books

On some days I might reach a full hour. Other days, 20 minutes or so.

If you are struggling to make money online spend 30 or more minutes working on your mindset to dissolve the mental blocks which prevent you from making money online.

If you are already very successful online but want to jump a few tax brackets spend 30 minutes or more working on your mindset to dissolve the mental blocks which prevent you from jumping a few tax brackets.

The outer world mirrors your inner world and your inner world is in your control if you work diligently to hone your mental tools.

How many hours do you spend on personal development daily?

  • Hi Ryan, . . . Since I work on my inner mindset through practicing the presence of awareness when ever It comes back into my consciousness to do so, it is difficult for me to even estimate how much I work on that aspect of my being.

But, I will say by virtue of my state of mind and health, that I am pleasantly satisfied with the results being yielded thus far through my actions.

    Good Post. Thanks.

I tend to spend as much as possible a day:

      • I listen to/read something when I get up ~ 15-20 min/day
      • I listen to motivational "tapes" in my car ~ 2 hours/day
      • I listen to audio books whenever I'm doing some other work ~ 1 hour/day

These numbers vary everyday. But overall this is the average that I spend a day.

In the morning for 30 - 60 minutes. That halfway place between sleep and waking is a perfect place to meditate.

    Really good stuff all

Need to meditate in a few; I was on a 15 hour bus ride across southern India. Sitting is imperative!

I use my emotional guidance and make adjustments whenever I notice that my thoughts/words/actions are not in alignment with my desires. I listen to Abe whenever I am in the car alone. I meditate regularly. But my greatest success came after I began paying attention to the emotional response I received in response to my thoughts/words. It is not unusual for me to say something, feel the discord emotionally and correct what I said immediately.

When I am in an environment where others have a less favorable view of life than I do and they are communicating their limiting beliefs as if they were universal truths I use my mind to remind myself that that is what they are creating in their reality but there is no reason I have to copy their manifestations and then I will reaffirm the beliefs that serve my highest good better.

I love being in a state of appreciation. I write thank you cards often.

I am also trained in Reiki and use that at times. Sending distance Reiki has been a good tool for me to use when I would have felt helpless but wanting to help in the past. Now I have the ability to do something that I know matters and the sense of helplessness in the face of those situations no longer comes.

I also do a Love Meditation exercise that encompasses the entire world by its end. By the time I finish it, I am always high.

I have found some success with EFT, tapping, as its also known. I find I can break through some mental blocks with it. I also use it to motivate me. It's great.

    Best wishes,

I do it a lot as I think it is very necessary to be doing it to fulfill the requirements of the day; One should be mentally prepared for it.
