The third life controlling power we all share is the understanding of what we can enact, what action can be taken within our power (no matter how small) to begin moving toward the achievement of our desires.

Grasping the weight of this power is paramount to one's entire effort. And, yes, much has been written about the taking of action, but unless this message is deeply received and moved upon it is like a stool that is missing one leg.

    "No matter how small" is a tremendous add here. People think taking massive steps leads to self improvement and grow. To the contrary, meditating for 5 minutes today, then 6 tomorrow...or next week, and gradually extending your sessions brings the biggest benefits.

    Such is the ironic nature of the Universe.
