    I don't know this app, but if it does what I think it might... How would any of us know? Your brain is your brain, you need to experiment yourself to get the most effective results.

    (I'm kinda sceptical wether there can be results, but that's another matter.)

    if its in a video it should be no more then 30-33 milliseconds .

    When I taught cognitive psychology (in the 80's and 90's) the assumption then was that sensory registration of visual stimuli could be very accurately accomodated in approx one sixth of a second. So this is approx 170ms. I realise that there is now a lot of advice going around about short times e.g as above where eldib3 quotes 30-33ms. That may well have new underpinning evidence, that said I set mine to around 180ms and would recommend that. It also of course depends on the amount of information that you are presented with. To make an extreme example a sentence of 100 words would not be assimilated in 33ms, however one of say 7 or 8 words may be?

      This is very interesting topic. I am using this free software for subliminal messages to improve habits of my life and I would like to know what should I set? It has options from 10 ms to 1 s. But even when I set to 10 ms I still can see messages blinking on my computer screen but so fast that it's impossible to read it (it's almost invisible). So that means that my mind still can see it? I also think that depends of your computer screen processing...
