Until few months back my schedule was so busy,i had two jobs one is teaching and other is Software Programmer[Work from home] my day schedule was like this:
  • I wake up everyday at 5o am while brushing teeth i check email from office and reply them or schedule tasks assigned for me.
  • Get ready and leave home by 5:45 and get in to Bus by 6:00 am.
  • Travel 90kms and reach college by 9:00am.
  • Teach 5 classes and start back to home at 2:00pm.
  • Reach home by 5:30 and take a break for 30 minutes.
  • Start working on software job up to 12:00am and go to bed.
  • While traveling also i use to prepare for teaching or doing programming.
Lot of stress and physical strain and no surprise i got panic and began to feel stress and anxiety. My mindset my thoughts are started to change instead of thinking how to finish the task i began to think i may never finish this task and i changed and changed and started thinking in negative way.i began thinking i can not complete this task on deadline , i will loose my reputation and i may lost my job, this kind of thoughts lowered my self confidence and i started to avoid tasks because i now started believing 'i can not complete the task'.
this situation continued for weeks but fortunately i have worked on my own and developed a habit of talking[chanting] to myself[not in public and not loud]. i didn't try to run away from stress and anxiety instead i tried to find out why i am feeling stress and anxiety.
Can't I Think Positively?

I questioned my self why i am thinking too much, and why i am getting negative thoughts and what i can achieve with negative thoughts.i decided to agree that i am under anxiety and stress so i want to lower them.had my time for brainstorm and designed an action plan for my self.
  • Try to think positively.
  • Instead of thinking about anxiety/stress divert concentration to relax mind and body.
  • Decided to plan my tasks wisely so that i can lower stress.
Along with these points i prepared everyday ritual ,
Each day i will include the following in to my day
  • A little walk
  • A little patience
  • A little slowness [One work at one time]
  • A little Relaxation
  • A Little Chanting [My Anxiety Chanting]
I don't achieve any thing with anxiety and negative thoughts when i notice them i don't respond to them instead i breathe slowly and relax all my muscles let go anxiety and stress.don't be tricked by mind, remember thinking too much will never finish anything.
Remember

Human brain is not for multitasking never try to live in past or future.i like this quote very much.

Today is a gift.Everyday you are given with 1440 minutes. Are you living at least one minute in peace?
try to control your mind then you can control your life.
I want to quote my favorite movie dialogues
  1. (In time movie) We can do a lot in one day
  2. (sucker punch movie) Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend? Who chains us? And Who holds the key that can set us free... It's You. You have all the weapons you need. Now Fight!

There is a great book called something by the lines of 'Budhha walks into a bar..' and it's really awesome and helpfull. It teaches you all sorts of things, about budism, about world, peace and stuff like that but the mainly and most important note in the book is that you need to relax and concentrate on your breathing.

Breathing is the most important thing when it come to relaxation and peace of the mind, body and soul.

Also meditation helps, you can meditate only for 5 minutes a day and you will see some minor improvements in your being.

Anyways, take a deep breath and relax. Live in the moment, embrace it.

    Cheers! : )

If you’re multitasking and you are not good at balancing this act this can ruin your chances in productivity. Multi - taskers can be sure to experience bouncing around from task to task finding are they not achieving or accomplishing any one thing they set out to get done. Much time is wasted by consistent switching from task to task distracting you from meeting deadlines, completing a task, costing you time loss, and feeling like a non accomplisher. This can take a toll on your self confidence and your self esteem.

The best thing to do is to make a list the night before you venture out your next day. Below each list of things you want to accomplish, write down specific things that need to be done for each task to be completed.

Prioritize your list from most important to least important.
    Start with the worse first.
Use mindful time management, attention and focus to get each specific task done within a decent time frame.

Don’t [do] anything until this major task is done. No matter what it is, turn off the ringer on your cell phone, close email tabs if your work is online, let people around you know that you are going to work on your task and you should not be disturb during this time. Do whatever you need to do to eliminate distractions, only staying focus on that one major task.

Once you’re done with the first major task, you will feel very good knowing that you have gotten something very big off this list.

Give yourself a break before you set out to the next task on your list.

This is a good way to break down goals or tasks and manage your time, leaving you feeling great and getting more done and feeling LESS ANXIOUS
